Applications to FRANKLIN CAREER INSTITUTE may be obtained at the institution. A personal interview will then be scheduled with a staff member to determine a student's ability to complete the program and their placement potential. FRANKLIN CAREER INSTITUTE will admit students who have completed high school. Students who have not completed high school, but are 17 years of age or older will be considered for admission, if they receive a passing score on an approved Ability-to-Benefit (ATB) entrance examination.
Additionally, all students are interviewed to determine their ability to successfully complete the requirements of the program. FRANKLIN CAREER INSTITUTE does not discriminate on the basis of sex, religion, race, color, national or ethnic origin or handicap.

Registration may occur up until the first day of each program start date. Late registration is permitted during the first week of classes for each start. A new student may not register after the first week of class instruction is completed.

The Day class schedule is Monday through Friday, with classes from 8:30AM to 2:30PM The Evening schedule is from Monday through Friday, from 5:30PM to 10:30PM, Saturday classes are from 8:00AM to 4:00PM. Class periods consist of 50 minutes of instruction, with 10 minutes between periods.
Classes for the Medical Office Assistant Program begin every five weeks. For EKG, Phlebotomy, Medical Billing, and Nursing Assistant/Orderly, please call for an upcoming start date.

FRANKLIN CAREER INSTITUTE does not guarantee job placement, however, every effort is made to help all students secure gainful employment.
Placement Assistance Service is offered to all students, including non-completers, who are always welcome to visit and request placement assistance.
Students seeking part-time employment while still attending FRANKLIN CAREER INSTITUTE may also take advantage of the Placement Assistance Service. This assistance is available only to those students whose schedules and academic standing indicate that a job will not interfere with their education.
